Background
This work was carried out within the framework of the WEAMEC projects SOFTWIND and FLOATEOLE, within the framework of the FVW project (Free Vortex Wind) from ANRT.
SOFTWIND and FLOATEOLE are WEAMEC projects with the funding from the Pays de la Loire Region and and Europe (European Regional Development Fund).
