General framework of the training offer
The CEPS is a non-profit organization specializing in the management of survival situations. The CEPS conducts research on this theme and offers trainings, publications and conferences to disseminate the results.
In this context, it offers the Basic Safety Training, which aims to train trainees in occupational safety for onshore and offshore wind turbines and Marine Renewable Energy.
The training is taught in French.
The training combines a theoretical and practical approach with the possibility of doing the complete training in a row or separate modules. The topics covered are:
- First aid: 16 hours
- Gestures and postures: 04 hours
- Firefighting: 08 hours
- Working at height: 16 hours
- Survival at sea: 16 hours
