The Åsgard program of the French Institute of Norway is an invitation program for French researchers in Norway, or professionals of interface structures between academic and industrial actors, with the aim of encouraging the emergence of new Franco-Norwegian collaborations. .

For this 2019 campaign, the program is divided into two calls:

  • Åsgard-Research program: addressed to researchers, which aims to promote the emergence of new Franco-Norwegian collaborations. He is funding a week of visits to Norway. In 2018, 12 researchers benefited from this program.
  • Åsgard-Innovation program: aimed at professionals in the structure of interface structures between academic and industrial actors which aims to develop collaborations and the exchange of best practices in this field during a week of visits as well. Three professionals were laureates in 2018 including one from WEAMEC in 2017.
