General framework of the activity
A Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) is a public institution that represents businesses in commerce, industry and services. As part of their third industrial and agricultural revolution strategy, the CCI Pays de la Loire is engaged in the development of new activity sectors, particularly in the field of energy transition and the digital revolution.
Specific skills in the MRE field
In particular, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry support the development of all renewable energies, especially MRE.
By their nature, dedicated to economic development, the Pays de la Loire CCIs have clearly defined their action in the MREs with the aim of creating activity, innovation and employment for the territory.
After initiating the structuring of the EMR sector in the region in the early 2010s, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry are now focusing their action in two directions:
- to obtain contracts for studies, implementation, operation and maintenance by local SMEs from MRE principals;
- to promote internationally the excellence offers of the regional MRE sector.
