I identify and rely on the strengths of people and structures to provide customers with high added value solutions.

I offer my services as operations manager or project director in interim management, to structure a team after a merger, during a significant growth phase or for the assembly of an operational unit. I can also act as consultant  in project management, on managerial aspects and international customer relations. I complete this offer by setting up and carrying out internal training in order to align the skills of the teams with the new organization.
