The WEAMEC ecosystem offers a wide range of training courses required for the Marine Renewable Energy (MRE) industry. These trainings concern the initial and executive training from operator to engineer level. In the framework of WEAMEC, more than 20 MRE-specific executive education training modules have also been put together by Centrale Nantes and Nantes University. This training program is aimed at companies already established in the MRE market and wishing to improve their skills, as well as companies wishing to develop their MRE activity, and people wishing to retrain and benefit from the opportunities offered by this sector. Research and innovation activities continuously feed the MRE training content.
